Inanimate Insanity Ships – Baseball and Nickel

Bickel is a ship between Baseball and Nickel from the Inanimate Insanity fandom. They have one of the longest running friendships in the show, starting in The Stupid Trailer where Baseball asked Nickel “hey nickel how’s it going?” Nickel’s first spoken line in Inanimate Insanity. In Ice-Breakers they formed an alliance and later sat next to each other during A Kick in the Right Direction.

Throughout the season, they would talk about sports statistics and even make references to real life statistics like WAR and RPMs. In Season 2, they start to become a close team as they participate in more challenges and spend more time together. They also get to know each other more, such as the fact that Baseball is a big baseball fan and that Nickel is an expert in statistical data.

Nickel is very slow to trust others and it took him a while to warm up to Baseball and Suitcase. He still distrusts Balloon but he is starting to see her as a friend now that they’re on the same team.

In Ice-Breakers, Baseball offers Nickel an alliance and he accepts it. They’re then on the same team in A Kick in the Right Direction. In the Lemon challenge, they both helped each other out. Nickel is very slow to trust people and he doesn’t instantly trust Balloon but he’s slowly starting to see her as a friend now in season 3.
